About reduction printing
In reduction printing, the motif is built layer by layer. After each colour application, the lino plate is further worked on, and parts of the printing surface are carved away before the next colour is printed. This process is repeated until the finished motif is created.

With each step, the printing plate is irreversibly changed and can no longer be used for another print at the end. That's why this technique is also called "lost form".

Edition of only 8 copies, numbered and signed.
Due to the manual printing process, each print is unique with small individual variations.
